Refund policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
- To complete your return, you must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Team Majestyfy will only replace the item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you are required to exchange it for the same item(s), please contact us and send your item(s) to PO Box 2538, Ellenbrook, WA, 6069.

The items below are exempt from refunds:

- Any item(s) not returned in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will only be eligible for partial refunds.
- Any items that are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase, will only be eligible for partial refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund within 30 days, first check with your bank.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (email and or phone number)
Shipping
- If you are required to send your item(s) back, please ensure that you send it to the correct address – PO Box 2538, Ellenbrook, WA, 6069.
- You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs when returning your item(s).
- All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your shipping will be deducted from your total.
- Depending on location, the time for the exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary.
- Please be informed that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), in this event we cannot issue any refunds.
