Processing your Order
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for our team to prepare your order for shipping.
After payment is received, all orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Team Majestyfy will contact you if, for any reason, there are delays.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Team Majestyfy aims to get your order to you as soon as possible, and upon completing your order, you will be given an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, rather than the date your order was placed. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, things like weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

- Same state: 2-4 business days
- Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express Parcel Post (Australia-wide)
- Same state: 1-2 business days
- Interstate: 1-3 business days

Missing or Lost Packages
There can be a few reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We suggest first checking with a neighbour, or your local post office, and checking all the common courier hiding spots. If these attempts are unsuccessful, please contact Team Majestyfy to report missing or lost packages.
Note – If a report is not made within 30 days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
Damages
Majestyfy is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
